In addition to his advanced training, Dr. Andrus is an active member of several professional organizations and is trained in advanced life support techniques.

Dr. Andrus also volunteers his time and expertise to provide dentistry to those in need throughout the year.

Dr. D’Avanzo is a Board Certified Orthodontist and the owner of Belle Mead Orthodontics. He graduated from Albright College with a degree in biology and then obtained his DMD degree from Fairleigh Dickinson School of Dental Medicine. He also obtained his Master of Science degree in oral biology from Temple University School of Dentistry with a specialty in orthodontics.

Before Dr. D’Avanzo began specializing in orthodontics, he completed a two-year residency in general dentistry. Throughout his career, he worked in several practices and even worked as a professor at Temple University’s School of Dentistry. He has won the Children’s Award from the New Jersey Society of Dentistry and the Anesthesiology Award from the New Jersey Society of Anesthesiologists.

Dr. Natalie Reed’s journey into dentistry began with a formative experience as a teenager, when her own dentist took the time to explain a unique condition called an “ankylosed molar.” This encounter sparked her interest in dental health, leading her to explore orthodontics and enroll in a dental assisting program at Tulsa Technology Center during her senior year of high school. From that point, she was certain that a career in dentistry was her calling.

Dr. Reed earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in 2012. Determined to pursue dental school despite the challenges, she gained hands-on experience as a dental assistant and office manager, dedicating her time to volunteering at non-profit dental clinics and community health events. Her persistence paid off when she was accepted to Midwestern University – Arizona, where she graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2019.

Known for her calming presence and attention to detail, Dr. Reed is passionate about the blend of science, biology and art in dentistry. She takes pride in providing personalized care for each patient, tailoring her treatment recommendations to fit individual needs. For Dr. Reed, the most rewarding aspect of her work is helping patients achieve optimal oral and overall health through education and treatment and witnessing their “ah-ha” moments as they gain a deeper understanding of their care.

Outside the office, Dr. Reed enjoys spending time with her partner, Bola, and their two English bulldogs, Stitch and King. Since 2021, she’s been dedicated to veganism and loves experimenting with plant-based recipes to share with friends and family. Her interests also include traveling, exploring nature, art, music and discovering local shops and restaurants around town.

Dr. Reed has been in the dental field since 2008 and has been working as a dentist since June 2023. She holds an Associate of Science, a Bachelor of Science, and a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Her accolades include the top score on the OSCE, a critical thinking award, a practice management award, and an oral conscious sedation certificate.

Bailey’s journey into dentistry began with an initial ambition to become a hygienist, but life led her to discover her passion for dental assisting. After attending dental assistant school, she fell in love with the field and dedicated herself to learning all aspects of dentistry.

Bailey finds great joy in working in customer service, especially in making people feel good and happy. She believes in spreading kindness, which she feels is crucial in today’s world. Her stepchildren are a major source of motivation for her, along with a personal commitment to being the best version of herself every day.

With over 6½ years of experience in the dental field, Bailey excels in making patients feel comfortable and ensuring they leave with a smile. She finds it immensely rewarding to make a difference in someone’s health and confidence, helping them to smile again with pride.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys coaching basketball and watching a variety of sports, especially football, basketball and volleyball. She has a passion for cooking and loves experimenting with new recipes. A proud graduate of Sapulpa High School and Tulsa Tech’s Dental Assisting program, she holds certifications as a Dental Assistant and in CPR.

Bailey is also a big fan of the Oklahoma Sooners and the Detroit Lions, reflecting her enthusiastic support for her favorite sports teams.

With 10 years of experience in the dental field, Carly brings passion, energy and expertise to every patient interaction. Coming from a family of dental professionals — including her grandmother, aunt and cousins — she developed a love for dentistry at an early age. Growing up around the hustle and bustle of a dental clinic, she knew this was the career for her.

Carly thrives on helping patients achieve their dream smiles and finds joy in being part of their transformation. She values building genuine connections with each patient, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for throughout their dental journey. Her compassionate approach helps create positive experiences for even the most nervous patients.

She attended Community Care College for her dental assisting training and holds certifications in CPR, BLS and all extended functions in dental assisting.

Outside of work, Carly loves spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors and cheering at sporting events. Her fun, energetic and caring personality makes her an essential part of the Tulsa city dental team.

Diana is a dedicated dental assistant who brings warmth, skill and compassion to every patient interaction. With a natural ability to make patients feel at ease, she is especially great with children, ensuring they have a fun and stress-free dental experience.

Jennifer’s journey into the dental field began with inspiration from her childhood dentist, sparking a lifelong passion for helping others. Driven by a desire to make a positive impact, she found a fulfilling path in restoring smiles and enhancing lives as a dental assistant.

Jennifer’s greatest motivation comes from seeing her patients’
transformations and guiding them through their dental journeys, especially when they are uncertain. Her love for her work is evident in the way she comforts and motivates patients, helping them understand the importance of oral health. With 19 years of experience, Jennifer holds expanded function certifications in restoration, removable and fixed prosthodontics, and Invisalign. She completed her dental training in Missouri and has since dedicated herself to patient care with a warm and compassionate approach.

Outside of her work, Jennifer enjoys crocheting, reading, and staying
active outdoors, whether it’s kayaking, horseback riding, or gardening. She
is also a proud grandmother to two little granddaughters who lovingly call
her “Nonnie.”
